Based on earlier feedback on our projects we have now decided to make a new project with more complete request to fulfill our needs.
Today we are using duplicati for filebackup, we want to include MS SQL, MS Sharepoint and MS Exchange to duplicati backup solution.
Since there have been discussion if this is possible we would now look at the possibility to build our own client just like [login to view URL], [login to view URL]
The backup client must support backup of local files, MS Exchange 2007/2010/2013, MS Sharepoint 2010/2013 and MS SQL 2005/2008/2012
Must support either FTP, SFTP or SSH transferring to off site datacenter. The key is FAST transfer of the data.
Backups must be zipped and encrypted before transferring or during transfer.
All backup must be restorable from the client software. Just like in Duplicati, Idrive and Ibackup.
We are open for discussion regarding the programming language and the timeline for the project.
