Custom CRM built
I am looking for a custom built CRM solution / Database, it needs to have four different login types.
- Referral Portal (Partners cna see limited information)
- Client Portal (Can submit an application and upload documents)
- Adviser Portal (Can see all owned clients and edit)
- Admin Portal (see all clients and edit)
For the most part of it we have software you can model off which will need slight adjusting,
STAGE ONE:
Build an interactive mobile friendly application from that is accessible to both Clients through their portal and our admin staff. I have an example of one I will share with you. Clients need to be able to complete the application online and the data needs to be stored instantly, so no need to save as you go. This would need to have a sync to google contacts to keep our contact list current and up to date. It will need to be able to send out SMS and encrypt a password for seamless login,
We need to be able to track the applications and move them in stages with a drag’n’drop type interface, so we can easily see what stage each application is at and which application needs extra work, and the ability to add fast inline tasks for each application that can be quickly assigned to workers.
Part of the portal needs to include some document management, depending on the answer in the application, we need specific records created which will ask for specific documents to be uploaded. Each record will have a description and an upload button for the client, and can be either accepted or rejected by the admin, similar to the below screenshot. Emails need to be automated reminding clients of which documents are still outstanding, and needs to sync to a file storage such as onedrive or dropbox. Once all files are completed they will need to merge into one file.
STAGE TWO:
The application needs to be formatted into a PDF and merged with the other uploaded documents into one file. Data needs to be pushed to 5-10 different excel spreadsheets which are then emailed out of the software with the PDF. A new record is created to track and manage the process, this will need to have email integration and be have templates and canned responses etc.
