Create an auto-response that validates to us their email

When somebody opts in with us, they feel out a questionnaire which generates an email to us with their completed form. We want to send them an email at that point to validate/confirm that they want our evaluation. They should be able to just hit on a link or a button to confirm. That should generate a reply email to us from their own email address where they just have to send it at that point.
