Authorize error 13 integrating with s2members on Wordpress site.

Hi
I am trying to integrate my [url removed, login to view] payment provider with my wordpress site using the s2members plugin.
On trying to test a transaction I am getting the error.
Error #13. The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.
This is my second ecommerce website I am trying to use my [url removed, login to view] payment gateway on.
If you can help me fix this error and get my payments working ok I will pay you 5-10 USD
