Goal:
Develop an affiliate sales website allowing user to sign up and buy using affiliate links. Allowing users to follow how much they have donated to the organization of their choice. (please review [login to view URL] as reference.)
Features/Functions/Reports:
1. shopper database: capture name, email address, age, gender, ip location. shopper see the rev share based on the charity organization they chose to donate.
2. Charity organization: they see the donations report daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, custom. See a list of shoppers using shopping links.
3. shoppers can chose the organization they want the affiliate revenue to be donated to.
4. Charity organization have their own affiliate pages which they can use to promote in email campaigns. People can shop without signing up as a user. However, if users want to see their contribution, they need to sign up for an account.
5. create an app for users to shop on phone, but the affiliate links can be updated dynamicaly as it changes on the website. Allow user to share links with their friends on shopping deals.
6. create a tool bar which user can install and as they type in urls, it auto replace with matching affiliate links. Have a copy and share button, allow user to email or instant message the links to their friends to share deals.
7. Reports for Charity organization: see how many of their sponsors shopped, see how many of the users are registered and how many didn't register. See how many shoppers shared their links and how many people are shopping using the shared links. Ability to track all the different campaigns.
8. Admin can set rev share with charity organization based on agreed contract.
9. user can submit new organization they wish to donate to with contact info of the target charity for us to follow up on.
10. create geo filters based on the shopper location, offers will be different
11. console to add affiliates, buttons, links
12. console to promote limited time offers. With expiration rules to drop from offer windows.
