Css3 jquery countdown clock asynchronous js

I need a clone of this count down clock but I want it working in all browsers. Using progressive enhancement. I want cross browser css3 used or some like js to make the same effects. Ie6-7 don't need to be as fancy but should still work. Plugin should allow easy editing of the count down date. User will enter a date time. In config i want to specify if the counter uses years, months,weeks, days, hours, seconds, milliseconds. [url removed, login to view] The embed code for this will e input in the middle of the HTML document so I want to make the js run asynchronously so it has zero impact on the page. Your js must validate against closure or jslint. Let me know your plan of attack on this
