Website upgrade - need to allow admin panel to change ALT TAG, rename picture, title and description, and add variable text

I have a website where the consumer 1) chose one product a time >> 2)customize the product with accessories (each product, one different url) >> 3)complete a form with his personal details and payment options 4) thank you / please evaluate us
After the user select his one and only desired product, he must customize it in the product page with one url to each different product. In this product page, we show a product picture with no ALT TAG. Also, we have all product URLs with the same Title and Description, with no variable text at all. (All SEO demands, sorry)
In the attached picture1, you can see the front end page where the chosen product is customized. We placed ORANGE squares where we need to change,
1) Update text header to "Configure your PRODUCT_NAME accessories" text, where PRODUCT_NAME should be a variable reading the actual product name as registered.
2) Allow editing the ALT tag in all product images in all products in the admin panel. This would happen in the admin panel, where in each product page editing we should implement: A) edit picture name; B) edit ALT TAG change
3) Allow editing each product Title and Description in the admin panel as well.
In picture2, you can see the admin page where the product is registered, where our team should be able to edit alt tag, picture names, titles and descriptions to help SEO tasks. This would be done manually, one by one - unless you have a better idea.
