109627 Website Design - Pligg,CMS,PHP

I require an excellent PHP programmer and Website Designer to make changes to an existing template or to make a new template from scratch.

All the content is currently at my existing website. The template needs to work with Pligg which is Web 2.0 Content Management System (CMS). I have Installed PLigg on my current site. I want someone to design a new template keeping all the functions of the existing template and adding the content from my existing site to the new template.

I have attached a copy of the template I am currently using.

The winning bidder will need to add all the content to the new template from the existing HTML website. The current website is located at [url removed, login to view]

I am looking for a website with a "Corporate" look similar to www dot ticker hunter dot com mixed with my existing pligg and existing HTML.

I will require an expanded section of Profile - a sample of a profile page would be a myspace page or a page that a user could enter a title, breif subject (200 words) and full description, contact info etc. This is the page that each person can customise with basic information, kind of like their own webpage.

I am looking for the ability to add 10 RSS feeds to start which I can provide with the ability to add more in the future.

To Summarize... I am looking for someone to convert/blend my existing site www dot free prweb dot com into the current version of Pligg version 9

I want to stay with a similar, but not exact, theme of the current site www dot free prweb dot com.
