Quick Website Design / Programming

Hello,

I want the same functionality as that site. It's a site where a BUYER can list something they want to buy, and the BUYER tells the price they want to pay. Then if someone (SELLER) wants to sell at that price, they contact the buyer. Look here how it works: [url removed, login to view]

Please NOTE:

- Site should have the same layout and functionality, but with different name / logo

- I need it completed in 2-3 days maximum. I need it completed with a very simple admin control panel. So, I'm looking for an easy and quick task.

- My maximum budget is $80, do NOT bid more. Depending of the quality of your work, communication and fast turnaround, I will hire for more projects.

- I need to see a working sample of it, after that, I chose your bid. This avoids misunderstandings, and assures me that you can deliver what is asked.
