Need Google Mapping development to allow a user to map and create optimal driving route for different locations.
Functionality for page:
- List of customer locations displayed on left side of page (locations are result set of query to database, ID string may be passed to page to filter result set)
- Map is displayed to the right of list with markers for each customer location (info window will show customer name and address when clicked)
- User can delete customer locations from list if they choose to
- Calculate Route button will return the shortest route by driving time between the selected customer locations
- User can also drag and drop customer locations in order that they would like to visit and Calculate Route based on that order (or reset and calculate route based on shortest driving time)
- Route is displayed on map between customer locations
- Location, Text Directions, and Distance are then displayed under the list of locations
- User can Print Route and Directions and export route to Google Maps
