Setup an FTP for my Linode server

Need someone with experience to go in and setup my linode for FTP, where I can easily create new users (username & passwd). Each user's access needs to be limited to that user's folder. An easy job, I'm sure. Would be extra awesome if the resulting ftp login could be given in a URL form (e.g. ftp://[login to view URL]), which would then ask for login and show directory contents in browser. Let me know if that is doable.
Would need this done during tomorrow. Please only apply if you have experience with [login to view URL]'s servers.
I might need your help also for other things in the future.
To pitch in, let me know if the browser approach is doable and a brief overview of how you would do this.
I need brief instructions then on how to add new users.
