Dear Freelancers,
First of all, Happy New Year and thanks for viewing my project.
We have a 2.5D MMO (Massively-Multiplayer Online ) Strategy game developed for mobile devices since 2011 and are currently working on the 2nd version in 3D. The game in 3D version will be available in all popular mobile platforms (iPhone, iPad, Android, WinPhone 8, etc…).
We have all the concept artworks ready in 2.5D (including buildings and all characters) and are looking for a creative 3D modeler/animator (studio) who can create 3D models for our game. Previous work designing 3D games is a big plus.
The work includes buildings, terrain, character 3D modeling and related animation effects. 3D Modeling for buildings is the most important factor/skill that I will choose the modeler/studio by. If you are also capable of designing game GUI, that would be a big plus, but not must have.
Detailed work items for 3D modeling:
••• 15 buildings •••
We have all the concept arts and I have attached a building image (Castle) to give you an idea on our building style. A few buildings have some simple animation effect, for example, the Farm building has a rolling windmill.
Besides, if you are capable of creating both concept arts and 3D modeling, that would be a big plus because we are planning to modify the existing buildings to be more like War of Warcraft building style and add more buildings in the new version. However, concept art design skill is not must-have.
••• 12 Characters •••
We have all the concept arts and I have attached a troop unit image to give you an idea on our character design style. The modeling style for these characters that I am looking for are similar to the ones that are used in Tower Defense game on mobile phone which are only 100 pixels tall. It doesn't have super complex animation effect like the characters in World of Warcraft. All I need is a character that can walk, make some simple movements while it is standing still and have 1 attack action effect.

Trees, river, mountains
I have attached a building image (Castle) that is currently used in the game. It would be great if you can provide a 3D modeling sample based on the attached Castle building; or if you have done similar game or building modeling before, please attach sample artworks in your proposals.
Please provide detailed quotes per items, like how much does it cost to do the 3D modeling for buildings and how much does it cost for Characters, etc… If you have any questions, don't hesitate to message me.
