Setup Lemp Stack and Security on Centos

I represent a client. They have a dedicated server with ssh access. They are running Centos 7.
All we need help with is updating centos, installing and configure lemp stack and setting basic security up.
I need the following done:
1. Update Centos 7 (Cento 8) or (Just update)
2. Need Lemp Stack installed and configured. (Nginx, Mariah DB, PHP 7)
3. Want basic firewall setup. Turn root off. Create SSH security and other basic stuff.
Must start now and finish. Stay in budget of $20 max.
