SD card not reading/writing: Need quick help to fix it (mount it)

Unable to read/write from/to the SD card.
I use the lenovo W520 laptop, with Windows (Primary boot) and Ubuntu (Secondary boot). Until a while ago, the SD card was working on both Windows and Linux.
Apparently, while using 'dd' command on my Ubuntu to copy an image file (.img) to SD card mount (/dev/mmcblk0), I deleted the mount partition 'mmcblk0p1'. After this my SD card refuses to mount both on Windows and Ubuntu. I need urgent help to resolve this. With someone who has encountered similar issues, should be able to resolve this quickly.
Error I get on Ubuntu after inserting the SD card:
"Can't mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p1"
PS: I have 3 new SD card to try out from. We can use 'teamviewer' to access my system remotely. See screenshot.
