Redesign and improve classic ASP matrimonials site into ASP.net

Total price for this project will be $700.

Milestone 1 - Your first bid for this project will be $140 (20%) and this will be released once design is agreed in html on my server after 3 different design options have been given and best one finished.

Milestone 2 - The second payment will be $350 (50%) and this will be released once the project is finished and full tested in the [url removed, login to view] windows server.

Milestone 3 - The final payment $210 (30%) will be released 14 days after project is finished to ensure all bugs are fixed ,errors removed an dany other problems with the running of the new improved website improved.

My current website [url removed, login to view] is currently in old classic ASP with the database currently a Microsoft Access file. This website is well over 15 years old and I am looking to make it modern, fresh, mobile responsive and much more seo friendly with asp.net language. PHP will NOT be used in this project so php developers only, please do not bid. Before you bid please view my website fully so you can understand and see its design and functionality.

I do not want a template design and I do not want a clone of another website. The current design needs improving with improvements also in functionality. The language required will be asp.net

I will need you to design 3 different mock ups – original design only and not templates. This is a large project and with expert skills required from a graphic designer who will take care of images, logos, buttons, banners and general page design to make the whole website look professional and eye catching. There is also need for an expert coder skilled in asp.net and Bootstrap to make the website functional and mobile responsive. I will also need moving of my MS Access database file of about 6500 members into a new MYSQL database. SEO expertise for optimisation for this website is needed, and further details about the seo can be found in section 17. I want the same functions as my current website – [url removed, login to view] plus new and better features to make it modern and mobile responsive. You must look at my website which is in classic asp and make sure all members, features and functions are included.
