I am reposting this project because I want a new professional dynamic website with sharp designs and modern look, fully interactive.
I am looking for a full redesign on my website [login to view URL] and I prefer this to be in aspx code because my hosting is Windows [login to view URL] NOT LINUX. Here is a summary of what I need.
The website functions can be overall similar to [login to view URL] and also [login to view URL]
My website needs a fresh NEW modern design and also the following -

2. Paypal payment checkout options - nice professional design
3. Multiple high quality photo upload option (5)
5. High quality images throughout, inc. Logos and buttons and a slider on front page with high quality images designed. Please view some of my sample images.
6. Database to be merged into the site – total about 3500 profiles - so you will need to manually move my access databse clients onto the new website so they can be searched and the website is fully working. I also need to transfer about 2000 photos of existing site members into the new website so the new site is working and existing members can use the new site. You will give me your dropbox link so I can send you these photos.
7. New mysql database to be set up for new uploads
8. Detailed control and admin section to have many multiple options such as those below -
· Fully Customized and Protected Admin’s area
· Edit MEMBERSHIP Plans
· Edit / Delete Member Profiles
· Change Admin Password
· Member Conversion of Inactive to Free
· Member Conversion Free to Paid
· BAN Member
· Automated Emails will be sent to the User and ADMIN upon each of the above process
· Approve / Disapprove Photos Uploaded
· Degrade Membership
· Membership Approval
. Option to send newsletter emails to all members customisable
9. Search engine friendly - website to be tested on woorank and all critical errors fixed
10. Job to be completed in about 30 days after design has been agreed
11. Template page to be included for ym own text insertion and so I can add my own pages after
12. Multiple advanced search options including username search option
15. Member block option
16. Website should have plugins so it is customised for mobile phone and tablet viewing.
17. More features and changes to be discussed with the developer.
18. Payment in 3 stages, 25% half way 25% upon finishing – final 50% to be paid 30 days after completion of job after errors and bugs are fixed
I will prefer someone to have experience of working on matrimonial or dating websites so you have an understanding of what I need.
I am happy to pay maximum $500 for the best person or group and would like you to give me some of your ideas and proposals first.
I will ONLY award this project to the person who can give me the best mock up design image of how they think my front page will look. You can use my attached images and logo or use your own as well to improve the look.
