An online investment website(detailed)

I need an online investment website. I need someone to use CMS to build it, probably WordPress.

I need it to have 3 levels of membership. Each member should be able to invest money and obtain loans. Once they login to their members area, they should be able to view;

1. Investments made

2. Loans taken

3. Loans repayment level

4. Interests accrued

5. Payouts or withdrawals

Amount in there dashboard.

When a new user comes to the site they should be able to get started and become members.

Thereafter they should deposit, invest and view it membership frontend dashboard.

And be able to perform other things.

The website should be simple and dynamic as it will be used by anyone.

Also, the owner should be able to create menu..for example about us , contacted form etc..

Its more of an organisation website.

Looks something like this but it should be a complete website..some thing legitimate
