Please read the brief carefully and provide an accurate quotation for the work, and a reasonable time frame for completion.

My budget is fixed, and priority will go to those who can deliver my full project under budget.
Secondary priority will be given to those who can clearly define and enunciate what I would get for my budget (Minimum Viable Product) and be able to accurately quote for the further work.
Absolutely no consideration will be given to time wasters or those who quote a low fixed price at first, and then try to sell a higher hourly rate.
