Animate a logo into a GIF

I have a logo that I designed in photoshop. I would like somebody to animate the logo to transform into our company [login to view URL] company name is Horizon Solutions. The logo has an H and an S with a circle behind it. The animation would start with the circle fading out. At the same time the S would move to the right and rotate almost 360 degrees. Similar to a cartwheel. Once the S is separate from the H the words Horizon Solutions would fade in. The entire GIF should take less than 1 second to complete.
