Facebook illustration/comic header design

I have a marketing company and have worked with many designers and developers via VWorker/Rent-a-coder for the last 10 years. Looks like Vworker was aquired by Freelancer and this is my first time posting a project on this site.

I am looking for a skilled, reasonably priced illustrator to work with me for multiple design projects. We will start with one project first.

Presently I need to get a Facebook header designed. This is an illustration/comic. Multiple design styles would be applicable for this design. Please submit a bid and show me examples of your previous design work.

Comic concept:

- Left hand side of comic: 5 or 6 people, heads, or stick figures are standing around. They have little bubbles over their heads with words in them.

- Middle of comic: 3 peole are pushing a huge cup up a hill. A forth person is looking back at the people on the left hand side of the comic. One figure has a word bubble over their head.

- Right of comic: a crowd of people are standing around.

- Background: going up a slight hill

Once I get this comic designed, I am planning on creating more comics like this but with a different backgounds. Maybe in the city (with a few buildings in the background) or at the beach (with sand and umbrellas).

This designed could be designed using simple stick figures or more ellaborate details. It could be more abstract or exacting. I would like to hear your ideas and see previous work you have done. Please ask me any questions you may have.
