Professional Flash Banner Needed

We are looking for an Professional Graphic Designer who can create website flash banner (for our online e-commerce homepage at [login to view URL]). We will need a flash banner designs to be done for our homepage (refer [login to view URL]).
Banner size 100% x 310px approx. whichever looks good and must be professional could include link buttons, images, text and some 3d text all must be original design.
The responsibilities of the graphic designer will be as follows:
1. Providing 4-5 banners designs for the homepage as mouckups.
2. Different services such is social expert community, professional experts, Skills related etc to be combined together to create some vibrant banners.
3. Texts to each banners should be editable or it can be an option to put these in flash with plain html.
4. Able to provide .fla and complete images whichever will be final design.
5. The animation should be top notch. There is room for creativity. We will leave you up to your design skills, but expect your designs to fit in with our image and market. We expect you to take specification and idea about our services we are offering on our website [login to view URL] and start to make your design accordingly.
The individual should be willing to provide revision of banners until we are fully satisfied with the design.
Qualifications:
Only creative people with PROFESSIONAL GRAPHIC DESIGNER skills and qualification need to apply. This is because we have got more complex project in pipeline for the right candidates.
