Design molds for a toilet for low income areas

The project is to make the molding design for a new age toilet, referred to as a "superstructure".
Ideally you should have experience in doing industrial design and should have experience and knowledge about what can and cannot be done on injection molded plastic parts. We need as few parts as possible as each part needs a separate mold.
The final deliverable must provide engineering drawings for a modular complete mold design including (all parts that will need to be molded to accomplish the bigger units):
1. engineering drawings for a a single modular unit;
2. recommended data sheet of final products to mold the desired product
3. a 3D modeling/mock-up of the final products
The design should be for a toilet housing (to be used in low income areas) that will support the input of a ceramic full flush toilet. Inside of the unit (or somehow on the unit) must be a hand wash basin (the piping can be made of any desired material - i.e. pvc piping, metals, etc.)
1. The portable toilet should be fireproof, and able to withstand extreme heat, rain and winds.
2. There should be ample ventilation on all four sides allowing heavy wind flow as the unit may be used in hot climates.
3. There should be an optional lighting source (either battery operated or electric) this lighting is motion activated.
4. Two sample images are attached.
5. A counting system that tracks number of users/entries based on actual use
6. The design should be 'contemporary'.
7. The design should be modular or scaleable; meaning it can be used singularly or several can be placed side by side, this unit should be such that it can be repeated 20 times, without compromising the important features.
I have also included pictures of our typical "superstructure".
DELIVERABLES:
Finally, engineering drawings with detailed specifications will be required as deliverables; the be rendering of a "superstructure" or single unit with details on modularity, along with a data sheet as envisioned by engineer.
