Design and layout content in my right sidebar (PSD only)

I need the content in the right sidebar of my design changed to the content in the sidebar of my client's old site. I need you to make it look nice. Two of the small text graphics will need to be redesigned, so please make sure that you have some great design skills! ***** I need to have this completed within 2 hours! *****

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
