Electronic Design for Remote Power Metering, Remote Display & control and Remote Switching. 3 x separate electronic enclosures/devices linked through Telemetry (433MHZ Transceiver & Power Line Communications).
Deliverables:
1. Confirm system functionality (suggest any improvement if necessary)
2. Confirm major component selection is suitable for design intent (suggest alternate components if not suitable)
3. Schematic design for 3 x devices (Diptrace is the preferred design platform)
4. PCB design for 3 x devices (Diptrace is the preferred design platform).
a. Gerber, drill files & PDF layouts (for manufacturing)
b. PCB coordination with enclosure cut out & graphics design (enclosure & graphics are a separate scope)
5. Separate bill of materials for the 3 devices with (Digikey or mouser) part numbers (spreadsheet with filtering, i.e. qty, description, manufacturer part number, supplier-Digikey or Mouser, supplier part number, SMD/through hole, footprint, etc)
a. Readily available and cost-effective components shall be selected.
6. Zip file with sub folders of the 3 separate devices with PDF datasheets of all the major components.
