D language programmer to audit existing software (10 hours)

We have a D language software, which is running on Ubuntu 16.04.

It is a mutli-threaded application which handles communications between RFID readers on a local network, and the cloud.

This app was developed by an in-house developer. The app has stability issues. It freezes, and gets stock sometimes. And anytime we request a new feature to be added to it, the app becomes more unstable, and has to through a lot of testing before it is production ready.

We need a developer whom is more experienced than our existing developer, to

1. audit the current code structure, to critique and make recommendations as to what needs to be done make this app more stable.

2. make the corrections to the code

3. and take over the responsibility of dealing with this app on an ongoing basis.

initially we want someone to to give us a price for a 10 hour block of time, to dive into this with our existing developer, to learn the software, and review the code with him. Once done we want a report from you which explains, why you this the app is unstable.

a. is it because the existing developer is not doing a proper job

b. or is it simply the nature of the beast?

c. or is D language not a good language to use for this type of application

Requirements:

**We are looking for a program in he USA only, whom can do phone calls via phone and skype audio.

** have 9 out of 10 experience programming in D or 10+ years experience in D language
