Automated video editing (overlaying image animations)

Hello world!

I am looking for someone who can create a script that will automatically overlay certain image animations on video clips. I suggest using tools such as ffmpeg. I will pay 400 USD for completion of this project.

The input will be some movie clips, and a list of which images to overlay in each clip. The output should then look like this, except that the clips doesn't have to be merged: [login to view URL]

Example (files in shared dropbox):

INPUT:

1) Input video clips [login to view URL] to [login to view URL]

[login to view URL]

2) Input list of list (python notation) with images for each clip:

OUTPUT (does not have to be merged into single video file):

The list data is provided as a list of list, python notation, i.e. [[]].

Each element in the outer list correspond to clip number.

Note that there are 17 outer elements, and 17 video clips.

Each item in the inner list correspond to the image I want you to overlay for that clip.

Notice that there are 2 kinds of overlays: items, and talents (named item....png or talent....png). The items are the like the ones appearing at f.ex. 3:37 in the youtube link. Talents are like the ones appearing at f.ex. 5:22. Notice how sound is also added at the events. Notice if there is more than 1 event pr clip, talents are shown first, then items. Notice that later clips have to show the images in the top of the screen from previous clips (as in the youtube video).

Use the example files attached (item and talent image files). For soundfiles, just use some example file for now.

Please write to me if you have understood the task, any questions, if you have experience and confidence in ability to perform the project, how much time you need.

It is very important that the final outcome look as close to the example video output as possible.

If the script takes a few hours to excecute, it is acceptable, however, the shorter the better.

And finally, the script should of course be coded for the generic case, not for just this one example case.
