Build a small online store

i need someone to build a small online store with API / services exposed for mobile app.
it would be a regular online store with an option for multiple users to update their products against one or all of their registered stores.
the front end should be simple enough for any one to understand. though i don't want any fancy items on the webpage as such.
Details can be discussed further before commencement.
code / algorithm ownership to be handed over as part of the deal / service.
