Build/complete an Online Store

Need help with a eCommerce effort. Project would be to help with an online store using Cnet's Channel Online solution. ([login to view URL]). Mostly setup and some editing. Also help with integrating some sort of email marketing solution using something like Mailchimp.
Requirements:
1) eCommerce Experience
2) Cnet's Channel Online Understanding and Experience
3) Integration with a European Credit Card Solution
4) Basic eCommerce web site maintenance and management
5) Must speak English and be able to read English
6) Must provide detailed progress reports and be able to bill by the 1/4 hour.
7) We can negotiate on payment frequency (expect every 2 weeks).
8) You agree to start the project immediately and have the expected free time to complete in a timely fashion.
When submitting your bid be sure to include:
1) A brief description of your experience
2) Examples of eCommerce Sites you have worked on and/or managed
We have about 6-10 immediate items that need to be addressed with additional items not as pressing.
