Elasticsearch create a database with data from Exchange and scan signatures of Emails.
Create a solution that make searching of content in Microsoft Exchange Server faster and more relevant. Get the data so we can present the data for end user based on people who are they are in touch with. Make data from signatures match with the email-addresses and make a big database that is easy and fast to search in with ElasticSearch
The end goal will be that in our softphone when someone calls, a information picture is presented for the receiver of the call only based upon earlier email contact within the company.
Solution
By saving mail footers (signatures) in ElasticSearch, search will become faster and more relevant. And we will get extended information only by sending email to each other.
Don´t underestimate the level of the competence needed.
