Need experience team or programmer to re-develop our existing association portal.

This is a site to gives training and educational details to associates and activities sharing etc.
So, we will need to update events from time to time.
Webiste
CRM + admin panel
10 main headers + sub-headers for introducing each header's specific details/contents + hyperlink to specific tuition courses.. all will be discussed with shortlisted professions.
Mobile devices
I want it to be able to use in cross mobile with html5 like for our associates to use, or create a separate native app for cross mobile that our associates can develop their own app. you can see examples like [url removed, login to view]
We will provide free with minimal set-up fees from each interest associate to create their own app for the original purpose of this association. (details will be discussed with shortlisted bidder only).
If bidder unable to help to develop similar but simpler platform like appsmarkestore, then we simply use be their re-seller to integrate into our site. So, you must able to suggest with a similar but simple one for our associate to adopt.
