i looking for someone that know how to build wordpress plugin that add to the the wordpress editor option that the user can select a text from editor and add to this text some option (i will explain more to the developer with the best offer) also the plugin should have a section in that controller panel that the user can insert words and those selected words that appear in any section on the website will jump some tooltip.
