ADOBE FIREWORKS PROTOTYPE: Student Textbook Buy/Sell/Trade Website(repost)(repost)

I need an Adobe Fireworks Expert to create a prototype of a Textbook Buy/Sell/Trade website. The prototype will later be used as a blueprint for a website that is similar to [url removed, login to view] and craigslist.com.

They need to have at least a high level understanding of databases, server side scripting, and web page rendering. Knowledge of XHTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL is a plus.

I'm looking for someone with good English communication skills and a customer service mindset. I have most of the information documented in a 7 page word doc but there will still need to be a lot of interaction between us to work out the rest of the details. I have a fundamental understanding of web design, but I need someone knowledgeable enough to explain all my options.

This project is for a single individual only. I need to work directly with the worker, not through a translator, project manager or some other third party.

Interested workers will need to attach 3 Fireworks prototypes they personally created to their bid. Be sure to include how much you will charge for this prototype and how long you think it will take. Those selected for further consideration will need to supply the name and number of the employers they created the prototypes for so I can contact them as references.
