we are a germany based company and we are looking for someone who could develope for us a call center application which must web-based.
The following links show you how it must work and what should be integrated.
Must points:
- Voice recording
- Inbound and Outbound (specially sales, market researches)
- Automatic Call Distribution
- Export of all data to excel
This Call Center Application has everything what we need (we dont need the email and chat features):
