Design magazine template MS publisher

Hi

I am launching a consumer review (real paper print) magazine in French.

Free distribution, so the revenue is through advertising.

An easy job, I am looking for a template layout of the cover page +a template of an interior page.

1. The cover page: attached my idea of a layout that I am looking for, and then you have to add your artistic expertise to make it **attractive.** I need a template where I can replace it with my own elements .

The cover page will be mainly divided into 3 parts:

- Part 1 the name (**[url removed, login to view]**) and selling line + additional line + date & number line

- Part 2: will be the largest part -- it will be replaced by a big picture/image/photo of a city or other of my choice.

- Part 3: it will be an advertisement banner (sponsor), a logo and cover lines as shown (example) in the layout.

You can change everything including the frame of the layout.

You can suggest a background of the cover and interior page, but the background of the cover page could be replaced at one time or another by photo, design, colors?

2. The interior /inside page (as shown in the attachment)

Header divided in 4 equal areas (for logo advertisements) + footer divided in 4 equal areas (for logo advertisements), in between an empty space, so I can insert my content.

## Deliverables

When you see a text in French in my layouts (cover & interior), most likely the final text and will stay the same.

You can make your suggestions with fonts, colors, texts or similar layouts.**

**Important:** The entire work has to be done and editable with **Microsoft Publisher**

You may show me few layouts to choose from, But I want a template for the cover page and a template for the interior page.

Please understand: To approve payment of this project, I have to be satisfied with the design and to be able to replace it my elements of my choice (text, images, and logos).
