I am looking to develop a website that can do the following:
Members access area (giving levels of access to various areas)
Administration area to manage customers
Payment reminder system
This is for online coaching/training for personal trainers so would need:
My clients area- A place to manage clients information, allow clients to update certain things as well. For example this area would need to have appointment management system - ability to request, update, cancel and confirm appointments, update client measurements - the options to include weight, body mass index measurements.
A messaging system - to communicate to clients and automatically push out email notifications
The ability to select what plan the client is on, for example are they on a monthly one to one coaching plan, bootcamp only, nutrition only etc.
The system needs to allow a client to update their personal information such as address etc, and also to update a form for medical purposes.
Outside of the client area trainers or the trainer needs the ability to be able to create a series of workouts, these workouts will have exercises and these exercises will link to a youtube video or embedded video that will demonstrate the exercise. A Trainer also needs to be able to create a new exercise from scratch.
The trainer can allocate workouts to clients.
The software also requires a mechanism to book into classes. Classes then need to have an option for a trainer to book those clients in when they arrive, and I would like the software to automatically send out an email to anyone who missed the class, and to send an email to those who attended.
We also need the option to send documents to clients.
