Add functionality to an existing website

It's where people can go and post stuff. Right now I have the layout done but i need someone to add functionality to it. It should function like [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view]

I need you to add a functionality/plugin where users can log into the site (through Facebook or personal email) and post a gig.

Features

-Posts should be a picture format.

-users can message each other directly on the site

-Before users can post a gig, the have to fill out a form that'd ask them about the details of the gig. Title, location, price, description, image.

-filter by location functionality (if possible)

-I want to be able to moderate the posts before they go on the site

-Any user who hasn't made an account or logged into the site will not be able to see all the details of the posts on the site home page. I want it to be a semi gated site. Non account holders would only see the post details but not the posters' contact information.

-I need a small space at the top of the page so I can put sponsored content or announcements.

Theres probably a wordpress plugin for this but im not sure.
