Design a Website Mockup

I am looking for someone that is has experience building the Yahoo Store with RTML. We are building a wholesale website using Yahoo Store platform. We need someone to add a function where our customer need to create a login with their email in order to place an order and also see their past order when they logged in.

We don't need a store design, just this function. It will be for our customer create and log into their account to place an order. This is a wholesale site.
