Design Order Form

Hi,

In this contest you will need to create designs for a compelling on-line order form.

This form will feature 37 fields where information can be input in a variety of fields in different ways.

The page will be built using javascript, so do consider how best to use this technology in the design. Remember also to make it Mobile First i.e. this must be easily usable on a mobile device.

You will need to provide the files in AI and assign the IP to the company.

There are three files provided with this project.

1) Stage of Application need to do: this file explains the big themes which need to be done.

2) Reservation Form: this file explains which fields need to be included and which ones to mark as required

3) Sample Registration From: this shows you a few designs which we like to give you an idea of the style we're after. Do look at our existing website though (link in document 1) to understand our colour scheme etc.

Do remember to design what happens when somebody tries to submit the form but they have left a field blank/incomplete/filled in incorrectly.
