Create Calendar Template/Layout in Photoshop/Illustrator

Hi,
I'm looking for someone to create a calendar template in Photoshop. Please only bid if you are experienced with Photoshop.
I will provide an example of what the template must look like. The final file must be provided in a non raterized form so it can still be edited.

The calendar must meet this requirements:
* The winning bid must provide 12 Individual files containing the calendar for each month.
* The Calendar must have the first letter of the day above them (more detail in example)
* Calendar must be in the Europe form (New week starts on Monday)
* The template must be in a editable form so it can still be modified (font size, colour, font-face etc.)
* The calendar must be for 2011!
* The calendar will need to be 2-3 rows, each row will have 2 weeks/14 days.
* The calendar must be designed to fit a canvas of 120mm total width.

IMPORTANT:
*Proof of prior work will be advantageous, esp. with references.
* Milestone payments will be made for when the template is delivered.
* The final template must exactly meet the client's description, or payment will not be sent until it is fixed.
When bidding please include:
* Price
* Accurate date of delivery
* Portfolio of previous work
