Build a Website/clone a website for me

Please i am seriously looking for any talented and skillful web designer that can re-design my forum to look or even more like [login to view URL] and nairaman.com. my forum is already running on simple machine forum (smf) but i need something professional and unique.

The special about this 2 site is as follows:

1. very fast and simple.

[login to view URL] seo optimized.

[login to view URL] user friendly.

4. mobile responsive.

5. really beautiful.

6. image or video attached automatically becomes visible like those in [img.] tag

Conclusion anybody who thinks he can do this for me should take his time to check navigate those 2 forums using mobile and computer to know more of what am taking about.

Important Note: The forum i am designing is already running on smf you can check here xtremeloaded.com and all the thread and comments must not be touched including the data of 10,000+ members.though i expect the url to change smiler like those of the 2 forums mentioned.

Before indication any interest you must be sure that you can move the smf forum contents and members on the new personalized forum template that you are going to design for me, if not don't show any interest please because i value my forum contents and my members. the nairaland.com is designed with python language
