Design a Anime Character and logo

We are in the process of creating an anime. It is going to be a english/anime cartoon. The idea is fairly simple. Make the main character and create the logo.
1. Character - We need 2 shots of the character: I provided both of the similar shots we are trying to create.
Example 1 is good to go. We only need the logo to be inserted in the corner.
Example 2 needs the logo in the lower left of the corner. Also, in the far-ground of the image, where he is standing, we want a full body shot instead of a top shot. And we want him to have a big smile on his face. But the farground to be kind of serious.
The color scheme of the characters, meaning the brightness of the colors that I want to be used are attached as well.
I have provided dozens of shots of the character that we are transforming. It must look like him!! but in an anime way.
***I would prefer to have my dreds hanging.
2. Logo - The name of the cartoon is "The Adventures of Rasheda De'Loach". We want "The Adventures of" to be in japanese and "Rasheda De'Loach" to be in english. We want the logo to be brandable so it has to be unique.

***This is a serious project and must be token serious. It has to look good if not better than what I attached on this project. Also I WILL NOT PAY A DIME UNLESS I AM 100% SATISFIED. I DON'T CARE IF IT WAS 80%, IT MUST BE 100%!! and you must respond good. meaning no day delays.
