[login to view URL] like site (high quality)

I want someone to make a design for a hiphop site. What I need is a good quality design, and want it to include a flash system on the home page that rotates top articles and images.

The design will need to be integrated into a GOOD QUALITY CMS such as Joomla.

They have the flash thing on the front page, and have a good article system overall. This is exactly what I need.

I will also need a way to be able to choose articles/pictures for the flash to show etc.

Please post any questions you may have. I need this to be high quality!
