create a static text page on my current site

i currently have a web site. however, i need to create a web page on my web site that will end in .txt

which means it will look like this:www.*****.com/*****.txt

it will be up for about 48 hours and then it should be taken off

## Deliverables

(No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
