Back End Website

A very large website project. We are looking to work with someone on a regular basis and pay according to the amount of days/hours worked. We feel this will be an ongoing project for some time while all the features can be added and bugs worked out. We have many ideas and look forward to working with someone on a regular basis. We have a good idea what we want but this will be a continually growing project. We are open to the idea of bonuses as milestones get completed but are more interested in a long term relationship. We are not interested in overall project bidding at this point because we feel there will be too many changes requested in what we need as it develops. Brief Summary: We are Real Estate Company looking for someone to develop a website that is able to handle our all back end management and reporting needs. -File Management with an approval and communication process. -Reports and Statistics. -Information Management -Website Security -Flexible levels of access -Deadline Tracking -Lead Management -Chat -Ability to associate agents as a team member. -Integrate current website -Ability to give Clients Access to there files. -Event Tracking/Management for multiple levels and areas. -Ability to export data in proper formats to our vendors. -Ability to give agents a functioning website with a editor that is easy to use. -Agent sites integrate with each other and company. -Ability to back up all data. Bring to our local computers and use. We need someone who can work and communicate with us often. 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
