Android chat App

I currently own a Chat Site [url removed, login to view] and i am after a Android App to work with my chat site the functions must be the same as my chat site which includes creating a room,register,login,room lists,and private messaging

this must be a chat app and not just a browser app

Before bidding please let me know few details on how it will look and some of the details you will do for it as this will help me decide the person who gets the winning bid

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
