Complete Truth or Dare app

I have a Truth or Dare app near completion that I need to get completed within the next week. My original programmer was unable to put in more than a few hours a week due to personal reasons that came up. He was doing a good job, but nothing was done last week and I really need to get this project done so I can concentrate on the next one. Again, the previous programmer was doing great, but had things come up and couldn't complete the project in the time needed.

I'm looking for someone who is comfortable learning another programmer's code and then complete a small list of 21 changes. Most of the changes have to do with something like: "Make the 'Info' button go to the 'Instructions' page, not the 'Players' page. Or "The '+' symbol to add a new player isn't showing up on the 'Players' screen". There are only a few changes that will require a little more work, but they should also be easy once the existing part of that code is understood. All of the changes are listed on my BaseCampHQ site, so they'll be easy to check off.

The last estimate to complete the app was less than 10 hours. If interested, please submit an estimated bid. We can talk more and I'll give you further details.

My only requirements:

You must have good feedback on Freelancer

Good communication (ie. stay in touch)

Commitment to complete it this week.

Note: I don't expect you to be responsible for any bugs found (that aren't on my list) after the app is submitted to Apple. I would expect to pay for any bugs found after submission (but would also appreciate assistance in submitting the app to ITC.
