Hi All,

My name is Angelo and I'm passionate about Data!

I've decided to building a personal website so I can start consolidating all my blogs, put out some resources, personal projects and build it up slowly.

I would like to design a simple logo I can use on the website, sign my blog posts or e-mails, use in LinkedIn Name Icon, the Wordpress Tab icon, etc... Also, If there's any ideas about the background theme of the logo on the website banner, would be great (something that points to data, maths, digital, etc...)

My focus is Data and Data Science but will include posts about Mindset, Books, Podcasts etc...

My site is called "Eclectic About Data" so I'm using expressions like Eclectic Resources, Eclectic Podcasts, Eclectic Books, etc... to reinforce the "Eclectic" brand.

The logo design and collateral should:
- Have the full name "Eclectic About Data"
- Please suggest combinations:
a) in one line or
b) two lines with "Eclectic about" in one line and "Data" in other or
c) two lines with "Eclectic" in one line and "about Data" in the other
- If adding an icon, please add it in front of the One liner or Two liner design (not at the top)

Stylistic design:
- go for minimalist design

Colours: neutral (no reds, greens, yellows etc...)

Can I also ask that you present your designs with 3 variations:
- In white background
- In black/dark background
- In transparent background

I need to be able to visualise how it'd look in the following contexts:
1. In an e-mail signature where the background is while or
2. In the banner of a website with possible dark or black background
3. As an icon in my LinkedIn profile

Any examples of the above would be great.

Happy to answer more questions about this, but essentially I want a logo that reflects the meaning of "Eclectic" as elegant, diverse, unique, selective and simple that draws on the inspiration of the Data community.

Updated Description of the Task to be more accurate for everyone. Also added an alternative suggestion about playing with the word "Data" more. i.e. make it bigger font and stand out and have Eclectic About next to it. Or something like that. I've seen a lot of great designs with "Eclectic" being the main theme complemented by "About Data". I'd like to see if possible some alternative designs where Data is the main theme and "Eclectic about" complements that.
