JOB: You need to provide just logo and website mockup. (MOCKUP only, not coding)

Create an inspiring, trustworthy, clean, professional, modern home page and logo. (If you win this project I'll award you an additional project to create pdfs, letterheads, business cards and other items).

This is a design job and no website coding or Wordpress theme required at this stage.

Please read that first. (Not posted on here as this page is crawled by search engines)

Look and feel of the corporate identity/logo: Slightly corporate - but not too much so. Visitors must get the feeling there's personal involvement and they'll get personal, individual attention. If the logo represents an exit of some sort - or the fact that we help with exits - that would be great. The "door" idea at our competitor site http://exitadviser.com is a bit too obvious/amateur. I don't want my design to look like so many other copycats designs out there. I want something original, something different, but still professional and memorable.

Look and feel of the site: I'm open to a wide range of suggestions.

Visitors landing on the site will be presented with three options -
1) for those who want to use the assistance of a broker
2) those who want to handle the complete sale process without a broker and
3) those who don't know which route they want, need assistance with deciding, or simply have questions

I would like three images above the fold, one for each of the above options. Those images will rotate (so when I get this design coded I will put a slider to present these three images you create)

Please come up with some ORIGINAL and visually compelling images / concepts for these three choices.

Somewhere on the page we need to show that we are a UK company ... and offer a link to a different site for users who are not UK based.

There will be a prominent section on the page with our company owner's photo and details about his experience in this field. His personal reputation will be given some prominence as it's a key selling factor. There will be testimonials on the page as well as some logos of companies who have used us in the past.

Selected winner must provide all usage rights, IP etc for all images used. Original artwork files need to be in standard file formats for printing, posting and editing size (and any fonts used). The logo must work on digital, print and letter heads. The winning design becomes my sole property (after payment) and cannot be used elsewhere or copied/shared.

Another note: There is no need for a map as this business won't have clients coming to the premises. (If you've already got a map in your design, that's fine and it won't be a negative for your entry. )

  This is a new company and the corporate identity is yet to be decided. The look and feel of the website - from all the visual elements used, to the fonts, the logo, the colours, the titles/straplines/ etc - will be what the corporate identity is formulated around.
  
  The winning designer will work with me to design the other elements - as a separate job - once this contest is completed.
  
  Please just submit your logo + website design at this stage. But bear the above in mind while doing the designing.

I've split this up now into two jobs - the first for the corporate identity. The rest of the work will be in a separate job (which I will award to the winning designer). There didn't seem to be any point in getting ALL designers to create all the items I wanted.

I especially invited you because you expressed interest the last time and may have already started work and I didn't want you to lose any time you've already invested in this. Hope that helps.

Hi UKBB. Thanks for inviting me! While I'm very pleased that this contest is open again (with less prize money though), may I kindly ask you why the previous one was closed? I'm very much interested into working on this project (half of it is actually finished from the previous time), and I do have an awesome idea and design for you, but I'm woried that this one will get closed at the end, as well.
