Student Housing Marketing Contest Specifications

We are in the process of developing a student housing project in Tampa, Florida, USA. We are converting a former office building located at 220 E Madison Street, Tampa Florida 33602 into student housing.

This contest is to develop a complete marketing package for this project. The deliverables will include:
• Logo
• Graphics for the front of the building and a banner for the of the building.
• Letterhead, Brochure Template, Poster Template
• Website Design (Wordpress)

The successful freelancer will provide this branding package to include all high-resolution images, word and power point documents that can be edited and WordPress template. Our webmaster will take care of loading the WordPress site to our server.

Additional Information:

Our Location: This project is located in Downtown Tampa that has been experiencing a high level of growth recently and is becoming a hip place to live.

We are located about 4 blocks away from the University of Tampa. There are several “luxury” apartments that many of the students have been living but they are significantly more expensive than what we are going to be charging. Some of these properties include:

Our Name: The current name of our project is 220 Madison. Although we like it we are open to changing the name

Our Target Market: We are looking to attract University of Tampa (4 blocks away), Stetson Law School (2 KM away) and the University of South Florida Medical School that is scheduled to open in 2019 (8 blocks away).

Purpose: The purpose of this marketing package is to start promoting the project and start getting reservations. All work completed will be to develop a full package for the marketing of the building.

Call to action: We want students to get excited about this property and do the following:

• Spread the word on social media

Brand Development: Given that we expect a large portion of our students to come from the University of Tampa, it makes sense that our branding align closely with theirs. Their branding and guidelines can be found at https://goo.gl/sdsWV8

Specifics on Deliverables:
• Website: We want the following items delivered as part of the project:
o Wordpress theme files: If you are basing your website design on an existing Wordpress theme, we need that theme files given to us.
o Some recommended sections of the website include:
 Home
 Floor Plans
 Amenities
 Location: This should have a map function that we can add different points of interest to.
 Gallery: This will be an area that we can post photos to.
 Parents: We will fill in this information later.
 Contact Us: Simple form for those that want more information but do not want to apply online.
 Apply Online: This will be a form that allows folks to apply online.
o The website design is going to be the main basis of the contest
• Logo:
o The logo should be clean and modern
o We will need the logo in the following formats:
 EPS, PNG, JPG
o We need the logo in the following colors:
 Black, white and red
• Marketing Collateral: This will be blank documents that we can fill in that convey a common sense of branding. Deliverables include:
o Letterhead
o 3-fold brochure (8.5 inches x 11 inches)
o Poster template (24 inches x 36 inches)
o Business Cards
• Outdoor Graphics Package
o Provide graphics that will cover the front entrance of the Buildings

Thanks for the entries so far. Some a very nice. This is what we will do, first come up with a logo. Once I tell you that it is good then give me examples of the website. Once that is good, then we will move on to the brochures and other marketing collateral.
