-Schedule and participate in the development and execution of studies, research and evaluations concerning the definition of tourism market, to effectively and efficiently plan a future strategy. -Analyze and define what are the key elements, characteristics or forces that influence the demand for our products, to project profitability. -Perform and interpret mathematical calculations, projections, estimates and others on the behavior of variables and indicators that influence the plans, programs and tourist activities. -Direct and supervise the functions of planning, implementation and control of the activities performed by the departments under my supervision. -Direct and schedule effective advertising campaigns promoting tourism for those markets where there is demand for our products. -Coordinate and supervise the execution of the tasks assigned to the staff in charge. - Coordinate and supervise the work of international public relations in dealing with international journalists. - Investigate the stages or life cycles of tourism products on the market and whether it is new, mature and well established, determine the competitive and comparative advantages. -Collaborate in the programs of Tourism campaigns internationally.
